Returns Policy - Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Our clients have 15 (fifteen) days after the delivery of your purchase, to demonstrate about the defect/problem item. We Accept the product when there is no violation of the seal on the product packaging or any indication for use.


The return procedure for cancellation of purchase will only be initiated after the reception of the product in our facilities (View package for the return Address) and confirmation of product conditions. If there is no evidence of use, we will provide a refund of the amount paid (by subtracting the value of the postage and expenses arising from the sending), cancellation of purchase and refund to the payment method used or goes for Exchange for another product.
